In the coming weeks, we will start developing laboratory scale prototypes of whey-based food products. AZTI-Tecnalia researchers met with several cheese-making dairies and collected opinions regarding what products they would want to elaborate in the future in order to define the ingredients and characteristics that these foods must have. In addition, other products similar to foodstuffs produced in other countries will be defined.
